Probiotic, big deal?

Why is a probiotic such a big deal in Phase One? Well, most members are releasing 1/2 lb. to 1 lb. of fat per day which translates into 2 to 4 sticks of butter per day, if you can visualize that. Strategies for drinking all that water your body needs

Though there are many theories, in the effort to be simple, we advise the members on our TeamDau Wellness Weight Release Program to drink half of their body weight, in ounces, of water each day. Most experts agree that to up to 70 percent of our body is water. Muscle is made up of about 75 percent water. Fat is made up of about 50 percent water and bones, too, are about 50 percent water.The water we drink helps hydrate our bodies and flush toxins out of our systems that have been previously locked away in the abnormal fat. Here are some tried and proven strategies that other members have reported to work for them.

-Water at room temperature is easier to drink
-Space your portions out throughout the day
-Set little goals to drink a certain amount of water by a certain time. For example, drink one portion (8 oz or 16 oz) before you leave the house. Drink another portion on the way to work or school. Drink another portion before lunch. Drink another portion before you leave for home, etc.
-Fill a jug/container with the amount of water you need to drink each day and work at it all day long. When the jug is empty, you drank your water for the day.
-Keep a tally of how much water you are drinking, one hash mark per 8 or 16 oz portion, knowing how many hash marks you need to get your water allowance each day.
-Try to finish drinking your water before 7 or 8pm so you are not up all night “peeing out the fat.”

A thought that our members find somewhat comforting is the more weight you release on our program, the less water you’ll need to drink!

How much water should I be drinking?

Many, many studies have been done about how much water to drink each day. How much do you weigh? How much do you urinate? How much do you sweat? Where do you live? In an effort to be thorough, maybe the experts have made it too confusing. Not to over simplify, but we tell the members of our TeamDau Wellness Weight Release Program to drink half of their body weight in ounces, of water, per day. As they release weight, they drink less water. You cannot count coffee or pop as water and a few of our members add Young Living Essential Oils of Lemon or Tangerine for a delicious healthy alternative or some add a touch of Crystal light to their water bottle. Water is a great vehicle to move the toxins through the system as our members are releasing 1/2 lb to 1 lb of fat each day in Phase One. With each frequent trip to the bathroom, we encourage them to smile and say: I’m peeing out the fat :-)
