How much water should I be drinking?

Many, many studies have been done about how much water to drink each day. How much do you weigh? How much do you urinate? How much do you sweat? Where do you live? In an effort to be thorough, maybe the experts have made it too confusing. Not to over simplify, but we tell the members of our TeamDau Wellness Weight Release Program to drink half of their body weight in ounces, of water, per day. As they release weight, they drink less water. You cannot count coffee or pop as water and a few of our members add Young Living Essential Oils of Lemon or Tangerine for a delicious healthy alternative or some add a touch of Crystal light to their water bottle. Water is a great vehicle to move the toxins through the system as our members are releasing 1/2 lb to 1 lb of fat each day in Phase One. With each frequent trip to the bathroom, we encourage them to smile and say: I’m peeing out the fat 🙂
