SCHEDULING down time?

As someone who is trying not to work all the time.  I have recently heard of a concept called “Scheduling Down time.”

I know I need down time, but if I can just squeeze on more thing, it will only take 5 minutes, right? Wink, wink.  Then I can cross it off the list!  I LOVE crossing things off the list!!  So, hey, if I schedule 30 minutes, one hour, two hours of down time, then I can “accomplish something” cross it off my list  AND I get to relax.  Bonus.

Weird maybe, but if it works, go for it right?

All you list-crosser-offers out there will totally relate.
