My picture of HOPE

It helps me remember God’s promises. When I look at the building rising above the fog, I KNOW the rest of city is below, even though I cannot see it.  And that truth helps me remember that I can count on God’s promises as sure as I can be assured that the rest of the building exists.  And I don’t know about you, but I have been waiting for a few things in my life for a LONG time.  Mostly for an addition to our little house and financial relief.  I believe in God’s abundance and his plan of sheer goodness for me, but it gets hard to be positive when it is going on 29 years of marriage and we are still waiting for our dream home.  I look for the day when the Son shines bringing to light all the truth that actually has been there all along.
